Terms And Conditions Of Sale

1.	PRICES. Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of import duties.
2.	VALIDITY. In case of major change in currency or import duty increase may take place, prices will be adjusted with immediate effect.
3.	CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. All orders are deem confirmed once payment made.
4.	FULFILLMENT POLICY AND DELIVERY. All goods are rendered within Singapore. Upon receipt of the requested delivery schedule, CP WINES Pte Ltd will arrange delivery accordingly. No delivery charge will be imposed for orders for orders above the number of bottles as stated in the e-boutique page. A delivery charge of $20.00 will be imposed only for orders below this quantity. CHARGES. Overdue invoices shall also bear interest at the rate of 15% per month. If CP WINES Pte Ltd undertakes collection or enforcement efforts, Buyer shall be liable for all costs thereof including attorney fees.
5.	NON-CONFORMING ITEMS. All orders are duly checked before delivery. All goods shall conform to order specifications. Buyer will have the right to return any non-conforming goods for replacement to Seller, with costs of re-delivery to be borne by Seller, provided any claim for shortage or damage is reported immediately upon goods receipt. Once delivery of goods has been acknowledged by the Buyer, any damage or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.
6.	VINTAGES. Vintages and their prices are subject to change without prior notice. The Buyer may enquire on information about vintages directly to CP WINES Pte Ltd.
7.	CHARGES. CP WINES Pte Ltd shall invoice Buyer upon and for each delivery. Overdue invoices shall also bear interest at the rate of 10% per month. If CP WINES Pte Ltd undertakes collection or enforcement efforts, Buyer shall be liable for all costs thereof including attorney fees.
8.	WARRANTY. CP WINES Pte Ltd warrants goods sold hereunder to be new and free from substantive defects in workmanship and materials. CP WINES Pte Ltd's liability under the foregoing warranty is limited to replacement of goods or repair of defects or refund of the purchase price at CP WINES Pte Ltd’s sole option. No other warranty, express or implied, is made by CP WINES Pte Ltd, and none shall be imputed or presumed.
9.	FORCE MAJEURE. CP WINES Pte Ltd may, without liability, delay performance or cancel this Price-list on account of force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, strikes, acts of God, political unrest, embargo, failure of source of supply, or casualty.
10.	MISCELLANEOUS. This price-list supersedes any previous quote or price-list. All disputes are subject to the Laws of the Republic of Singapore.
11	RETURN & REFUND POLICY . All products must be returned in good condition, including original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. CP WINES Pte Ltd will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. All returns must be sent freight prepaid. All related fees are non-refundable for all products in all cases. Please allow 3-4 weeks for refunds.
